A Vision to Redefine Robusta
Great Cherry Robusta was born from the vision of Will Nguyen and his family to transform Vietnam’s reputation for robusta coffee. With roots in Đắk Lắk Province, Will returned from Australia where he studied, determined to show the world that robusta could be more than bitter instant coffee. It could be complex, sweet, and specialty-grade.

Farmers, Varietals & Traceability
Partnering with over 400 local farmers in Cư M’gar, the team focuses on high-quality varietals like Robusta Sẻ (originally introduced by the French), known for its smaller size and exceptional flavor. Only ripe cherries are handpicked and processed using the honey method, emphasizing traceability and terroir.

Flavor-Driven, Community-Focused
Drying and fermentation are precisely managed to bring out complexity, chocolate, and tea-like sweetness. Farmers are paid above market price, with a strong focus on sustainability and long-term impact for the community.
