The seller processes the freely provided personal data of the buyer (in the case of a natural person), namely name, surname, address, email, telephone number, as the processing of this personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract, to which the buyer and seller are parties. , and/or to fulfill the buyer's request before concluding the purchase contract related to the seller's goods and services, and to fulfill the seller's obligations imposed by generally binding legal regulations. The processing of personal data by the seller is carried out for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contract and from generally binding legal regulations. If the buyer is a legal entity or self-employed person, he will provide the seller with his business name, billing address, ID number, VAT number, telephone number and e-mail address.

By checking the relevant box before sending the order, the buyer can express his consent to sending information about the seller's news and special offers (newsletter). By checking this box, both the buyer and the person concerned freely and voluntarily grant the seller, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant EU legislation, their express consent to the processing of the provided email address for marketing purposes - sending the newsletter via electronic mail (emails). This consent to the processing of personal data is granted by the buyer for a period of 5 years.

Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes (for sending the newsletter) can be revoked by the buyer at any time by clicking on the relevant link located directly in each marketing email from the seller, by sending the email to the seller.

It is possible to order goods even without registration, while the entered data will be stored only once for the execution of a specific order of goods. The buyer can check the entered data in the received confirmation email with the online link to the order. Change or correction of data in the order or registration can be done by phone or email.

The buyer is responsible for the completeness, truthfulness and correctness of the provided personal data. In the event of a change in the provided personal data, the buyer is obliged to immediately notify the seller of the change or update them directly in his user account.

In case of out-of-date personal data, withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, after fulfillment of the purpose or period for which consent to the processing of personal data was granted, or if the storage is impermissible for any legal reasons, the stored personal data will be deleted.

The protection of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant EU legislation, where the rights of the buyer as a data subject are also regulated. The buyer has the right to free information regarding the processing of his stored data. Provided that the requirements laid down in generally binding legal regulations are complied with, the buyer also has the right to access his personal data, the right to correct incorrect personal data, the right to limit (block) the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes, the right to delete personal data, especially if they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed or if he has withdrawn his consent to their processing and if there is no other legal basis for processing, or if personal data was processed illegally. The buyer also has the right to data portability if the specified conditions are met, i.e. has the right to obtain his personal data, which he has voluntarily provided to the seller, in electronic form, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and in this context he can use his right to transfer this data to the other operator, as long as such transfer is technically possible (the right for data portability).

In the event that the buyer applies to the seller some of the rights of the affected person according to the legal regulations governing the protection of personal data and it is not possible to verify the identity of the applicant from the buyer's request, or in the event that the seller has legitimate doubts regarding the identity of the person submitting the request, the seller reserves the right to ask this person to provide additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the person making this request.

As a data subject, the buyer has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, with headquarters at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, if he suspects that his personal data is being processed in violation of applicable legislation.

The seller declares that he processes personal data only for the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant EU legislation, using appropriate technical, organizational and security measures.

The buyer's personal data may also be provided to another third party (recipient) if this is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract. As part of processing the order and fulfilling the purchase contract, the buyer's data is provided to the extent necessary by the contractual service provider of the seller, such as logistics service provider, carrier, banks, etc. The data can be used by these service providers exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract. The seller informs this buyer that in accordance with sec. § 15 par. 1 letter e) point 3 and point 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act, when processing the buyer's personal data, it is assumed that the buyer's personal data will be provided and made available to the following third parties, or circle of beneficiaries:

The buyer can check and change the provided personal data at any time, as well as cancel their registration after logging in on the website https://zanya.sk in the "My profile" section.

The operator of the website https://zanya.sk undertakes that the provided data will be used only for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract on the basis of the general business conditions determined by the seller. The processed data will not be published, made available, or provided to another third party.
